Participants are requested to be at the meeting point 5 minutes before tour beginning. No refund will be provided to partecipant who don’t arrive on time. - Cancellation: accept without penality within 48 hours before tour beginning; 100% penality after then. - English speaking guide every day available, second language on request. - Even if usually our guides explain in one language, can happen that the guide speaks a second language in addition to the your. Discounted tickets depending from participants ages’ and nationality, will be provided only showing your identity card at the museum.
